At LoveShackFancy, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email once your request is submitted.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
